Connect your talkback mic to the input, connect your output to your monitor mixer and simply step on and hold your foot down to talk! Now you can add it to each band member's mix and they can hear you... without removing their in-ear buds!
When you release the foot switch it will mute the talkback channel eliminating stage noise on your talkback channel.
